SHIPPING / RETURNS
The Shipping option that you choose during the Check Out process is what will be used upon completion of the production of your design. Most pieces are completed within 2 business days of your order, however, at certain times of the year (Christmas Season) production times may be extended slightly due to the increased volume of orders.
If you don’t have the flexibility of extended delivery terms, we suggest that you select a method with a guaranteed delivery time, such as the USPS Priority Express, UPS Second Day Saver or FedEx’s 2nd Day Air. Using ground services aren’t guaranteed by the carriers to meet any guaranteed delivery schedule.
Each product has the normal production time in its description. Your entire order will be shipped when all pieces in the order are completed. At this time, we do not have partial ship capability, so we suggest that if you don’t want to hold the order for the longest production time, that you split your items into separate orders – thereby getting the bulk of your items without delay.
Should your items arrived damaged. please send an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org including your order number, your name and contact phone number, and include photos of the damage. A representative of ours will make contact with you to discuss the replacement of the items. Some carriers require the actual damaged items for an insurance claim. If your order falls under that category, we will email you a postage-paid return label to send the damaged items back to us.
As every item is hand crafted to order, only items that have material defects in the finished product will be accepted for replacement. Remember, YOU are responsible for the quality of the graphics, the colors and layout that make up your design. Examples of a material defect include, but are not limited to, a chipped or cracked mug, scratched glass or acrylic and a finished product produced on the wrong blank. Do NOT ship the product back without first having received an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number from our shipping department. Initiate the return process by contacting email@example.com.
